It was built by Buddhist monk to signify world peace. There are two pagodas in Nepal one is in Pokhara and another is in Lumbini. 2 days Sarangkot Naudanda Hiking

Instead of visiting only in Pokhara, the overnight trip staying a night in Sarangkot is best option. The Hill located on the elevation of 1600 meters Sarangkot hill offers pleasant view of whole Annapurna and Dhaulagiri from close distance. Adventure activities like paragliding, zip lining starts from this hill and ends at Pokhara. It is always best idea to cover Sarangkot hill visit in your itinerary for sunrise view. However you easily can visit by drive I personally advice you to walk into fresh air.
