Pokhara restaurant workers missing in landslide2014-08-25 12:30:26

Four restaurant workers have gone mission a landslide near Fewa Lake here in Kanski district on early Monday morning. 
The incident occurred when a landslide triggered by incessant rainfall buried a restaurant named Typical restaurant located at the bank of Fewa Lake this morning. 

According to District Police chief SP Bashanta Kumar Lama, the missing workers have been indentified as Prakash Magar, 28 of Okhaldhunga, Mohan magar 18 of Sindhuli, Ram magar 22 of Dhading and Bhuwan Magar 22 of Rammechap district. 

A total of five workers were working in the restaurant, however head chef of the restaurant survived in the incident as he had gone on leave. 

Nepal Army, Nepal Police and Armed Force personal with the help of locals carrying out search operation of the missing workers. 

Local Gokul Magar was operating the restaurant since last nine years. He also survived in the incident as he was not in the restaurant at the night.
